OUR QUALITY SYSTEM FOLLOWS ISO 9001 : 2015 STANDARDS.

We follow 3 stage internal quality inspection systems like:

• Inward material quality check as per Standard and requirements
• Online manufacturing quality check.
• Assembled product quality check after fabrication & before powder coating.
• Powder coating process which includes 7 tanks process.

Our testing procedures subsequent to assembling the product after powder coating includes  ( as applicable )

• Continuity test
• Megger test
• HV test
• Functional test
• Hydraulic test
• Shade finish thickness

Apart from the above, other tests are carried out at recognized national test house like CPRI /ETDC/ CIL/ NPL/ ERTEL/ NABL Accredited or International Accreditation Labs as per requirement.

• We provide Paint/Powder / FRP finish as per customer requirement.
• We also provide air purged enclosures to meet safety and hazardous area requirements.
• Integrated with XLPE / Neoprene gaskets to achieve enhanced weatherproof protection against dust and water to meet IP 54, IP 55 & IP65 requirements.
